You don’t need to have a USA / Europe bank account in order to verify your Paypal account. I used my credit card number (my credit card is linked to a Chilean bank account) to verfy mine and lift the withdrawal limit.
Go to “Help” and type “Verify account” to find the instructions.

In addition to that, I think you can hardly compare buying software that you can then use as you see fit, with paying a subscription for software which, besides being clunky and out of your own control, you will not be able to use at all once you stop paying the subscription… sounds like a bad deal to me.
My guess is that you are trying to justify the expense so you don’t lose 95% of your income all at once; quite understandable. Personally, I find the concept of paying to work for someone quite distasteful, even if it is a small amount.

Hi all -
I recently began working with WFPro and have loaded several pretty big glossaries previously in Excel format.
Does anyone know if there’s a search function for the terminologies, when you’re not looking for the exact term (e.g. maybe in the document it’s in the plural form, and you want to look up the singular, or if the term is contained inside another)?
For example, I might need to find the term “pâte molle”, which is in the glossary (but not in a TM as yet) under “fromage à pâte molle”…
Any advice would be welcome!

Ono to může být i trochu jinak, “zákulisní” informace (i když staré - z podzimu) naznačují, že by spíše Vocab měl důvod žalovat K+K než obráceně :-) Výkřiky na webu mohou a nemusí být pravdivé…

bueno yo contesto cuando tengo tiempo y puedo.
Pero tal como dice Pablo: Es muy desconcertante que a las 5 horas de haber puesto una respuesta aceptable, venga otro, le cambie una coma, le añada un sinónimo y se quede este tan pancho.
En cuanto a lo que dice Tomás: Lo siento pero tengo un par de personas en mi lista de “filter” de las cuales ya no recibo ninguna información, ni pregunta. Y son personas que te das cuenta inmediatamente cuando reciben un encargo, pues en cuestión de 2 horas te han puesto el tope de preguntas máximo aceptado por Proz.com. Y, lo que a mí personalmente más me molesta: No sólo no ponen contexto, sino que al final casi que ni te dan las gracias. Y encima, si has estado buscando por tus diccionarios o por “San Google” te das cuenta de que ellos no lo han hecho, pues en ese caso, no habrían necesitado preguntar el significado de X.
Lo siento si parezco muy dura, pero a veces me he sentido como si el grupito de los que contestamos en mi par estamos haciendo la traducción de alguien que ni lo agradece, ni hace el más mínimo esfuerzo por buscar las respuestas. yo lo llamo, también, abusar.
Creo que Tomás y Pablo saben bien de lo que hablo y me atrevería a opinar (y perdón si me equivoco) que me darían un “agree” por lo que digo.

Jasně, ale pořád může být potrestán, resp. pokud neumře, hradit - v závislosti na právní úpravě své živnosti - pohledávky z konkursu apod.

Pokud vím, tak policie rozhoduje o (ne)zahájení trestního stíhání do 30 dnů od podání trestního oznámení, takže to by snad už od r. 2008 stihli. Pokud se bylo t. s. zahájeno, tak bych přinejmenším čekal, že vydavatel Millennia i ve svém vlastním zájmu tuto skutečnost uvede (Magnus by se tím asi nechlubil). Ta formulace “v případě policejního vyšetřování může být slovník Magnus zabaven policií” na mě ale trochu působí dojmem, jako kdyby to snad ani na policii oznámit nechtěli.

Pokud Millennium nepodalo trestní oznámení, těžko může Magnus prokazovat, že bylo zamítnuto. :) Ale mohl by podat trestní oznámení na Millennium pro pomluvu. :D
